Higienópolis resident 40 years, Norman Gall was created in the South Bronx in New York. The quiet neighborhood of European immigrants became, in the 1970s, the symbol of urban decay in the United States (...) But today is one of those labs urban solutions, admired worldwide. (...) Norman established a bridge that could experience this year, be tested in schools in the eastern state of São Paulo.
